Will do- just tried yesterday- very impressed. Need to dwell with it a bit more. Curious about the lineage of this Royal Kush. My first try was an absolute classic effect- forgot where I was along a trail I walk most every day, felt great, inspiring thoughts and good energy. But as far as terps- need the cure to marinate a bit more. Very 90ās!

Knowing Bodhi (relatively speaking; I do not actually know Bodhi haha), Iād imagine that the Royal he used was one of the ones selected by Mandelbrot before he died. Pretty sure the latest in that line selected by him was the f8; anything after that are selections made by his brother, aka Emerald Mountain, basically.
Or maybe Bodhi used one of the Royals from the Aficionado line, I dunno haha! Bodhiās pretty good about sourcing his genetics, though, so Iād think the Royal he used was one of the earlier generations.
In other wordsā¦ I have no idea haha.

Not very strong at all, hardly any aroma. Maybe slight sweet carrots. Zero stickiness also.
The tall lav jack is the strongest Jack cross going at the moment and the most interesting to me. Will try to get a description of the smells later but Iām not very good at that. I think itās a jack smell but not ultra confident.

Should probably be restated that they are very rootbound and underfed. The tall one is over 3ā tall in a 1 GAL pot.

. My jack has a background skunkiness, the foreground is a earthy chocolate with what I like to imagine is a doctors antiseptic or cleaner.
The background flavor is spicy and almost minty, with a nice earthy things going on.

Welp, popped 6 bodhi seeds and theyāre all female 
3 snugglefunk, 2 ssdd F2ās and 1 lavender Jack.
Theyāre not very happy since Iāve been too depressed to give them the proper attention but theyāre still doing their thing. Went ahead and flipped to 12/12 to hopefully minimize required watering and for space reasons. No cuts taken. All were topped at some point.

Motherās Milk #31 (Nepali OG x Appalachia) smoke report.
Looks:
Smell: I canāt place it, other than it smelling like good weed. I asked my girl what she thought it smelled like and she said,āGrapes,ā which, no, it does not smell like grapes haha. There is something very familiar about it, though, and also kind of āexotic.ā Not grapes, though, at all haha, I dunno what my girl was talking about.
Taste: Also a little āexotic,ā almost like maybe a chai tea or something? I dunno if Iād call it milky, but thereās definitely a creaminess to it, I think, but also a sorta āfaraway spices in faraway landsā kind of thing going on. I smoked this out of a clean bong yesterday, clean tube, clean bowl, clean everything, just because I wanted to be accurate here, so Iām sorry that Iām not being accurate haha.
Effects: Just a little backstory: I got a bunch of samples of different things a while back, more than I was expecting, and the Motherās Milk #31 was one of them. When I saw it, I was like,āEhā¦ Okay, thatāll probably be the last one I try,ā but for whatever reason I decided yesterday to get into this one second, after the Blue Dream that Iāve been raving about on other peopleās threads. I actually like this one more than I liked the Blue Dream.
It kind of has that sorta ādown then upā (yes, down then up, not up then down) high that I really like. The first 25 minutes or so, I feel pretty groovy, stoned, I can feel my eyes sorta drooping, happy etc etc. But after that it gets a lot more ācerebralā (I was writing this report in my head 45 minutes after smoking it last night haha), more āfunctionalā (even though the initial comeup is still plenty functional), maybe more active, whatever. I really dig it.
The only thing I didnāt like about this one is that Iāve got a tooth that absolutely needs to be pulled, finally made an appointment with a dentist, going to see her tomorrow. This weed really seemed to make the pain in my tooth much more acute for a while, but that could just be because it was the end of the day; seems like the pain sorta builds up throughout the day no matter what Iāve drank and smoked. I was kind of hoping that the Motherās Milk would have some sort of pain-killing elements to it (not for any specific reason, I havenāt read about either Nepali OG or Appalachia being something like the SSDD or whatever), but yeah, I did notice that.
Also, Iāve been sleeping reeeeaallllyyyyy shitty lately, waking up after only two hours then laying in bed for two or three hours, then kind of dozing off here and there, waking up againā¦ Itās annoying. But I got the best nightās sleep Iāve had in a whiiiiiile last night. So even though I wouldnāt describe this weed as smoking ālazyā at all, it does seem like it facilitates a very good nightās sleep. Itāll probably be my go-to for āevening weedā until it runs out, even though it seems perfectly fine for smoking all day, too.
Anyway, yeah, I love this one. Iāve seen other people online growing this cut, but I canāt really remember what they had to say about the end result. I was even thinking about that last night, like,āDid their grow logs just fizzle out? Did they not like the weed? Why canāt I rememberā¦?ā Iād totally grow this cut out, though. Hits the spot for sure.

I find it funny how people smell such different things when they smell some weed. I feel like Iām fairly good at picking out different nuances in a smell some people just lock on to one particular smell when the terp profile is usually more complex.
Just a note on the poor sleep, try not to smoke for about 3 hours before bed because it can interfere with your REM sleep.
Appreciate the detailed smoke report, always a good time.

Iāve actually barely been smoking at all lately. I know why Iām not sleeping well and it isnāt because of the weed haha. If anything, I need to be smoking more, but thank you for the tip.

I dunno, though; the more Iāve been thinking about it, the more Iām like,āWell, maybe there was something to what she saidā¦ā And I only say that because she eats green grapes all the time haha. I havenāt eaten a grape in a whiiiiile and when I do I usually eat the red ones.
But yeah, no, it doesnāt smell like grapes haha.
Yeah, I felt a little groggy this morning, but really well-rested, too. Havenāt had a good nightās sleep like that in weeks.
