One of my favorite varieties from legendary Flying Dutchmen. Grows very large colas and strong plants (fantastic for bush style) with very high yield. It was selected by a friend from seedpack. I’d love to try FD regular seeds again as they really pushed breeding forward. FD’s original breeder - Eddie - was genius and as pure breeding evangelist was against feminisation of seeds. I can understand that feminisation undermines breeding efforts globally and was against his moral principles. It was probably also the reason that FD didn’t make it to date. It is my belief that they were driven out financially by competition, because all seedbanks now produce feminised seeds as a standard (ready for beginners which don’t want to weed out males). They were acquired by Sensi Seeds around 2009 and they do produce feminised versions of Eddie’s original strains.
