It happens when people click the overwrite button. Everyone is just itching to get on the lists and stuff gets messed up.

All good bud, just weirds me out when these lists change. I really wish the system would prevent more than one person from being in edit at a time. It seems like a system flaw

That would definitely be a feature to look into. Limiting the edits in a wiki at one time would save lots of headaches
