Sorry man, I just saw this. What are you using to get the files, a laptop/PC, or a tablet/smartphone? If you’re on a laptop/PC, just right-click on the file link, and choose “Save as”. I don’t work with files on my smartphone, but I think if you do a long press on the file link, you should get a popup, and it could have a save option on it.
