Drying at normal summer house temp and humidity?

Every time I read an article about drying marijuana it says something to the effect of, “dry your buds at 60-65 degrees and 50-60% humidity…”

Now, how in the hell is your average person with a plant growing in a closet going to do that when it’s 90+ degrees outside and 73 degrees inside with the AC running steady all summer long? Are these articles all written for people who are drying weed in the Northern reaches of the USA in the winter? Is there some affordable refrigerated drying chamber that I don’t know about?

I can’t find much information about drying weed at normal summertime-in-the-South conditions. What am I missing?
