There is absolutely no reason for “overwrite” to happen, unless one is so new here, hasty, and maybe a bit too fast! No offense. Hope it helps!!
Simple as it follows:
- Once you enter/type “@” and your name (and if you want, go ahead and copy it now).
- Click on “Reply”
- If it asks you to “overwrite”, click on cancel and after, click on “Yes, abandon”
- Click on edit again, reenter your name and try again till “overwrite” does not show up and you can complete the action.
- If it goes through, congrats, you have succeeded! Without overwriting any other OGers!!
