I know I’m not into the conversation, but I like OG a lot for something similar. It’s great to have someone to talk to about this hobby, find some crazy people from other parts of the country who love this same thing so much and have fun with it

I love that aspect too, I know no one who is as passionate about growing as I am IRL. I have friends who grow, but they kinda throw a plant in a pot and wait. I’m always trying to up my game.

Don’t bother with Family Matters cause there’s no way in hell it still holds up. Definitely in the category of "what the hell were we thinking? for sure.
I said for years that TVLand needed to bring back A Team because I loved it as a kid too. Eventually they finally did and I was like fuck yeah! I think I made it halfway through an episode and learned a valuable lesson- sometimes the memory is way better than the actual thing. I have no doubt Airwolf would be a rough watch these days lol
I did give Pete and Pete a shot based on how much I liked it as a kid and surprisingly it holds up pretty well. I’d watch it right now happily.

I just added automated watering in my garden. After watching the recycled container challenge and how auto watering crushed the competition, the $90 investment to do it was a no brainer.
That’s upping the game lol and that’s why I love it here, I can observe and learn while also doing my own trials.

I put vivosun 800gph pumps in 5 gallon buckets, made risers from pex and put 8 port manifolds at the top, then ran lines to each pot with drip emitters. I’m going to replumb the drains tonight to make it into a recirculating system, I just can’t get the drip rate slow enough. If I make another one, I’m looking for a lower rated pump.
Basically I want my room so automated that once a week I just have to go and fill the soil pump res, change the hydro res and rotate plants in or out.

If you dip your tube into hot water for 10 seconds it goes on super easily.
And get this, it makes adjusting it ultra easy
