The giveaway threads are the funnest just because they attract bunch of members at the same time and it’s hard not to be in a good mood with a chance to win seeds. It’s like a fun hangout. It’s cool too cause everyone here is solid and it’s cool to even see others win.
Plus you have cases like a minute ago where guys will bow out if they knew another member was really after something. This community is like none other I’ve ever seen

I am guessing a mod just jumped in and made the thread, that’s what popped into their head first perhaps. They were likely trying to not slow down the conversation. Site has been very good about this really. We fill up the thread like chat and don’t use discord. I can’t help it, I like the setup so I appreciate they give us some slack on this one.
