Does anyone have any tips to pollinate only a specific branch? I plan to pollinate some Jaws FP OG F4, MOB, “Black Widow”, maybe some Weighted Blankets, Blackout Bobby, Apes in Space.

If you have the pollen collected in something, you can use a dry paint brush. Dip the bristles of the brush in pollen and paint the white hairs @JustANobody
I just did this in my last run so I could have a few buds w seeds, and the majority without
