Scarlet grapes f1 and Bessy cake please s1 Please.

To be french, I was looking at the Scarlet sunset but I saw “s1” but I don’t know if F1 is “better” ( more stable) as a S1.

S1 are the plants that I reversed but I collected seeds off of the same reversed plant. F1 are crosses of the s1 and another strain. Bessie cake is what I reversed to make the other cake strains.

You actually still have equal chance at the purple trait as it carries to the other crosses but it’s your choice.
