Hydrogen peroxide safe for seedlings? Gnats!

Sorry for the lack of info.

I’m growing in a peat based mix called sunshine #4, I mix this 50/50 with perlite. I start in solo cups, then into 1 gallon pots and finally into 7gal fabric pots. I continue to veg for about three weeks once in 7gal bags.

My past grows I used lucas formula, this go I’m using Maxigro/Maxibloom, silica, beneficial bacteria. Water is RO and I add cal/mag usually every other water/feed. I water (three gal per pot) until I get a good amount of run off( half gallon) and then wait until pots are light before watering again (usually a week to ten days). I alternate between water only and water/feed depending on what plant is showing. Feed ppm is 700 to 800 for Veg and flower 900 to 1000. Water and feed are PH to 5.8 to 6.0. and I check run off for both ppm and PH

I’m growing under 300w of 301b Samsung lights, I use an oscillating fan blowing across pots and plants. Pots are raised 3 inches above floor. I keep grow space temps around 77 to 80. Humidity can be in the 50 to 60 range in the early morning but by late morning its about 30 to 40 percent.

I’m not using a tent. In past grows I lst and topped to keep plants short, this time I am ditching my short tent that is only 60" so I can grow a taller plants, accounting for 9 inches of pot height and 18 inches for lights, I should be able to grow three foot tall plants this time.

I have not had any pest, mold, ect, problems other than the gnats. I fought off the gnats before with a combination of neem, DE and top dressing soil with sand or perlite. I was hoping that this time I could find a way to prevent the gnats altogether without having to fight them for weeks.

The strains I’m growing now are Trainwreck, Power Plant and NHS.

I got nothing on that… other than throw everything out and start a stacked pot setup. Good luck!

Maybe you need to go full bio attack and get some of the predatory mites “hypoaspis miles”.

Only gnats? They’re probably eggs in the soil. You can pre sterilize it as you said. Kill everything then start it up with your own beneficial bacteria mykos etc added. Hang sticky traps up They’re annoying but useful. Main thing they thrive on is moist soil. Keep top dry as you can sand layer inch or 2 on top may be good idea gnats mainly pose threat to babies and small root systems. They bore and lay egg in soil. Once plants are big they don’t really do anything to em.
