Introduce yourself @OG Vol. 1

Thanks for the welcomes dudes
Hi @Artisan im only about 2 weeks in just leaving seedling stage but if im honest all of the hazeman strains have been a bit of a washout so far. ive grown their gear before and been impressed but so far ive only managed to successfully germinate 2/12 of the LA Pure, 3/12 of the fat purples and 8/12 of the White Grape and at least half of these seedlings are crazy mutant runts. Ive never in my life blamed a breeder for problems with my plants and ive been growing nearly 5 years but I dont think this ones my fault :frowning: they are cheap though and you get half a pack of the LA pure with every pack of his seeds at the Attitude and you may do better than me. I previously grew Hazemans strawberry cough and fat purple and both were lovely. Strawberry Cough had definite strawberry-ish smell and the fat purple was fat and purple so I was hoping for good things. Hopefully theres a female keeper or 2 in what I got at least.

onwards and upwards though, usually I stick to smaller breeders that do regs but ive played it safe with the replacements and gone for some fems from big companies, hopefully they serve me better

Ive got another grow im setting up in a couple of weeks and im still seed hunting, you got a favourite strain available in seed you can recommend?

Oh damn I’ve been curious about hazeman for a good while but, just like pretty much every breeder, I only get really mixed reviews online and like to ask people first hand if I can. You are the only person I’ve directly talked to thats grown them yet that I know of and another mixed review! Lol guess it’ll have to be trial by fire, cheers!

Good day OG!!

First off let me say that I’m honored to become a part of this community and I have already learned so much just from browsing threads, and I’m looking forward to so much more.

Well to start off I first experienced cannabis in highschool and immediately fell in love with it. Couldn’t get it very often back then so it was more like a delicacy at first. Then I graduated and got my card (lived in Cali most of my life) and ever since I’ve never looked back.

After years and years of research (and having to move out of Cali to an “illegal” state,) I was finally in a position to start growing my own medicine. I use LED’s because of the energy efficiency and low heat production. Started with a single galaxyhydro “300 watt” blurple from Amazon (of course.) Eventually I bought a second one cause why stop there? I now have both of those as well as two qb 288s on 260 watts actual. The blurples I use for veg while I flower with the qbs.

Me and the s/o moved into a house and I set up everything in a spare bedroom with carbon filter, fans, and a/c. I started with a two Platinum GSC from bagseeds and now I have three different strains running and a total of 30 plants not including clones. 8 of which are in a perpetual flower room. The other two strains are Doogie Howser F1 and Green Wizard F1. I do not know the lineage of either of those strains but I picked them up in Colorado during the move.

My next step is to start fermenting and creating my own nutrients. I also am going to get some colloidal silver so I can start chucking pollen and hopefully end up with a pretty massive genetic pool. No way for me to get new genetics where I am. So this will have to do.

Anyways enough rambling. Hope to see you all around and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future. Once I get the time I’ll make a post showing off my grow. Hope you all take it easy and smoke one for me while I’m at work. :v:

Thanks @Northern_Loki . It’s nothing great by most standards I’m sure, but I love it. I can spend hours a day up there just staring at them. I’ll definitely try to post it sometime tonight.

I am pretty new to growing. I am helping my husband with his grow and learning as I go. He suggested I start learning as much as I can from you fine folks also. I have started 2 seeds of lemon OG haze auto and am trying my hand at an outdoor grow, My husband is on this site under the name Kelly so some of you might have heard from him. He posts pretty regularly.
I already have many questions about the auto plants. I will definitely spend some time looking at posts for the info I need. I love to garden and have a pretty good green thumb so I hope it will transfer to weed.
