I am new to Overgrow, heard plenty about the previous OG. Getting back to it finally! It’s been almost twenty years since last grow. We usually ran hydro back then but to keep things simple going to give soil a try for a few runs and then see what else is out there. Followed many forums for the last year, just now joining forums in the past few months…What else.?..The main reason I started growing again is to try different strains and research for medical. Sry, I’m really horrible at this…If you have any questions I’ll be around. Glad to be here!!!

Thx, yeah I’ve already spent more than enough on genetics, lol but can’t seem to just stop. But hey, they will not go to waste that’s for sure!

Welcome @NovaSphere! Glad to hear you’re getting back into the saddle. Being an old fart, I tell ya, the internet can really propel your skills exponentially. With the ability to talk with others in real time is priceless. And the Google machine spits out the answers easily.

Have fun poking around. Most everyone is easily approachable and willing to share knowledge and genetics. I guess you were already lurking, so you know! peace

Thanks for the welcome all! Yeah things have changed alot since my last grow op, no autos, no fems, no seeds just clones. Luckily I hooked up with some peps just by accident and learned alot from them. We used to have three differ strains; Frat Boy, Friends & Fam and personal. We got that Frat Boy stuff looking like fire, hard nugs, they grabbed that stuff like their life depended on it. Only thing I can figure is the only weed they smoked was brick weed which still makes me sick to even think about, I can smell it now. Oh god it was awful, I remember in jr high spent an hour trying to get high off that shite! So glad those days are gone!

Hello Everyone. I’m new to OG. After surfing several grow sites for years I have decided to join here. It seams like a straight up, no bullpoop great bunch of people. And there are a lot of Bodhi fans here.
A little bit about me. Basically I’m just a Southern Illinois Hillbilly. Popped my first beans 35 years ago and don’t t think I have missed an outdoor crop since. Started growing indoors 12-13 years ago. Strictly a soil guy I have always been 100% organic, even before I knew what it was. I grew up on a farm raising corn and soybeans, horses, cows, pigs chickens and rabbit and that’s just what we used for fertilizer. Today I compost, have worm bins and do something daily it seems to improve my soil.
My other true passion is chasing giant whitetail deer with a longbow. I also build traditional black powder rifles. I pretty much live off of the land. The majority of what I eat I have harvested out of the woods, rivers and lakes or out of my garden. And I grow everything I smoke…unless I trade with a friend.
I labored laying water line, logged and did animal control work for the state for years but haven’t worked in about 10. Bruised my spinal cord and it shut me down. Left me in horrible constant pain…so I smoke a lot to help with the pain.
Thanks for allowing me to join such a great group of people. I look forward to contributing whenever I can, learning from the tons of information and hopefully making some good friends

Right on!
Welcome.

Hope you can manage the pain, or maybe find a strain around here that might work even better for you.
CBD enriched strains are becoming more common - - - I like them too because I can smoke a CBD rich joint like a cigarette and not get couch-locked.

Then have another a couple of hours later
