For me, having to actually spend money to complete any of these orders is what makes it possible. 
If going to websites, browsing and putting stuff in my cart were enough to disqualify me, I’d be out a dozen times already. Between that, and occasionally winning a pack in FSFC to scratch my itch, I’ve managed to avoid pushing the button… and luckily, even if I do push the button, I then have to jump through a few dozen hoops to actually pay the seedbanks because none of them directly accept credit cards.
I’m still not sure why you insisted on going all purist about this and cutting yourself off from accepting free seeds, but at least for me, it makes things easier passing up the sales… and spending endless amounts of money on seeds is the real problem here imo, not just having a collection.

I did mention the free seeds, but I also spent a hundo on Johnny’s Christmas offerings! That’s really why I pulled myself

Oh yeah, I forgot you were the first to crack on that… I very nearly got swept up in that too, actually. Again, the free seeds were my saving grace, though I do feel kinda bad that I couldn’t help out with his medical bills. I’d like to have been able to send some seeds of my own he could sell, but not quite there yet - a few months till I have a decent quantity of anything that would be remotely worth someone accepting it for free, much less buying. Maybe if he does another auction next year, I’ll be in a better position. 
What’s your breeding project idea?
At the moment, nothing special, I’ve got a Gorilla Bubble and some ILGM Blueberry fem clones growing downstairs; I was gonna take cuttings and try to reverse once I get some STS supplies. As far as I know they’re both fairly true-breeding, so S2s of the GB and S1s of the BB, then I’ll probably cross them with each other and maybe do some crosses with clones of the other two females that’ve impressed me this run. All contingent on getting the reversals to work in the first place, of course… and I’m not sure I can call it a project, just tinkering at this point. A real breeding project would take up the whole basement, I suspect. If it doesn’t, that just means it needs to get bigger.

Once I get enough headstash jarred up, I’ve been dreaming of doing a seed run too.
Been eyeballing some landrace seeds as a starting point…

Hey on one of the plant idk wich one strawberry or the grape the top only the top section is starting to brown out on the edges and all the new leafs being made r browning off quick but it’s literally only the one section of the plant everywhere else is fine …r they finicky with ligh intensity ?

I’ve never noticed any light sensitivity on any meph related strains.

@HeadyBearAdventures, It’s been hard for me to stop the urge to purchase beans and if it’s this hard I sure know how everyone else feels. I see all the news letters and just delete them without reading them at this point just so I can keep from buying more beans.
For the rest of you guys still on the wagon, stay strong and you’ll be rewarded in the end.
