I tend to agree with your point.
However, there are many MDs who are awaiting the potential FDA “seal of approval”
before they feel comfortable recommending
MMJ to their patients.
Unfortunately, I do not think that the FDA is likely to render a truly objective opinion regarding the efficacy of MMJ.
They are too beholden to big pharma. IMO
The FDA has never cured anybody and spends way too much money while clogging the system. They have gotten too big and greedy to be of any use. In my opinion.

The FDA fired and demonized the scientist that tried to warn the public about the danger of Vioxx, which ended up killing 140,000 Americans from cardiovascular attacks. I took Vioxx for 2 years!!!
That is horrible, sad, and all too common. I bet they told you how “seriously” they are taking the problem, and “it is being resolved.” I hope it didn’t leave any lasting damage to you.
I wisely took about 1/4 the recommended dose and didn’t have a stroke or heart attack, so I think I’m OK! Usually it’s the very sick and elderly that get wiped out by prescription medication “side effects”. People in that position tend to not do much political advocacy or fight back very hard.
UK’s Daily Mail is constantly publishing fear-mongering articles on cannabis. It’s almost comical at times. Here’s another of their fake “scientific” studies…
