No cooking fats or oils in my house for three months or so. ( was getting a deal, the deal went away, and I resisted change. most likely too cheap and poor to pull the trigger.)
For some reason, I felt like buying butter ( my first time buying butter in over 2 years.)
20 or so walking minutes later got home and went to kick over a ball to the next-door neighbor dogs, was not a ball but a Puff mushroom. and today shuffling to the store hungry and low on funds I found a ten, actual cash in 2023. Oh, and a sweet king shepherd 8 month pup ran up to me giving me love like Dino. but then I saw 6 fishermen on shore who trashed the beach and acted out how I would stab them all to death if they didn’t pick up their fucking garbage, so ended angry but nice day either way.
Probably the asshats near us…
