Lebkuchen is some spice bakery stuff for holidays. It’s awesome with milk chocolate around it and then put in milk till it’s soft… My favorite 2 kg each year lol

LOVE Marzipan used to be a little bakery that made what they called ‘Marzipan Kartoffel’ 6 little round layers of cake with raspberry, chocolate ganache and hazelnut fillings covered in bakers crème then wrapped in a thin sheet of marzipan and rolled in cocoa powder-- like lumpy little potatoes!

We buy chunks of almond paste and use that instead of marzipan–not as sweet!
