The less sugar you consume, the longer you’ll live.
Many people beat the crap out of their liver by taking NSAIDS for inflammation that’s coming from their diet.
The older I get, it becomes much easier to connect cause & effect when it comes to diet.
When I pig out on ice cream or candy, it hits me like a full-body hangover that can last a day or two.
Totally not worth it.

I didn’t know a cockroach was a mammal. Must be a pretty small milker. They must have to do it by hand.
