Ahh! I was gonna argue with you as: “I know where my favourite piss dumping spot is so how dare you!”.

Yep it’s a vicious cycle of destruction for the kidneys, add high blood pressure to that and its the top 3 kidney destroyers you can have in your body. Ice cream is also one of the top LDL cholesterol creators as the sugar deforms the LDL and stops it bring recycled by the liver as it no longer fits the receptors.
