When you cook with beef tallow, the oil is very heat-stable and doesn’t go rancid. It has a much higher smoke point than most seed oils, fries food quickly, and doesn’t soak into the food unnecessarily. It’s very healthy and can be cheaper; you can get it directly from a farm.

I thought the idea was the evolution to equality between genders, so why is there so much gender specific discrimination? The only answer for the questions below has to be based on hypocrisy and patriarchy:
why do women’s NCAA track competitors wear spandex w/their cheeks out and men do not?
why do women’s college and i guess wnba hoops have a smaller ball?
why do NCAA only have women’s softball intercollegiate competition and not a men’s team?
why do women play beach volleyball in bikinis but men just wear shorts?
why don’t NCAA women have baseball teams like the mens?
