I can see from the pic she has big knockers I too am blessed in that regard (my wife does, not me)
We have made salves, but nothing crazy. Also only CBD. But I bought a bunch of terps , CBD isolate (and also full spectrum, but I don’t use it), and do the whole coconut oil, bees wax, mct oil or whatever the concoction. I am not a believer in miracle cure alls, but I fucked my shoulder up super bad… Playing disc golf … Dealt with it for months, whipped up some CBD salve, and haven’t shut up about it to my friends ever since and make it and pass it out every opportunity I have.
next time you go to make your rubs/salves I highly recommend DMSO took it to the next level and really helped the salve to really penetrate. Give it a whirl!
Because it absorbs easily into the skin… its like basically a dermal transportation vehicle lol This is the best thing I could use to describe it. I’m pretty litski lit right now!
But if you do use it major disclaimer always apply to clean skin and wash your hands before applying because anything you have on your skin would be able to be absorbed basically.
I’m not sure the DMSO absorbs things, but rather it somehow transports other chemicals into the body. It’s a weird distinction, but it’s late and I’m pretty high…
So what it does is allows things to pass the blood/brain barrier. I’m guessing. One of the main terpines also helps with that. I don’t remember which one, but the dsmo sounds like it completely does the trick without having to fuck around. And sounds super effective. I’m going to pick some up!
When I was using it in 1968 it was at least controlled, perhaps illegal, and definitely difficult to get, at least it was in Santa Monica, where I was living. I believe it was a really new thing, and that’s why it was so tightly regulated.
I have tried every rub/spray on the market-- and this works just as well or better than the high-end stuff…
I broke my lower back as a teen… no one warns you that it deteriorates as you age…
So that, with osteoporosis and bone spurs make my back, hips and legs not want to work proper, and the pain can get unbearable. THIS stuff really helps!
It has some THC-- I usually use a high CBD strain like Cannatonic, and leaves/old trim that has degraded too much to use for hash… so the THC levels vary–
I do not see a huge difference in how it works with the different levels of THC-- so I have to assume it is the other cannabinoids that make it work so well as a topical.
And yeah-- equal parts hemp oil and solid coconut oil in a crock pot on low all day with trim.
Strain it into a jar, add essential oils (optional) and let it sit-- shaking it as it cools so it doesn’t separate. Then I keep it in the fridge-- I like it to stay more solid.
@Gonzo The last two batches we’ve made have been done with trim from the Black Cherry run as well as the Tombstone F2 x BamBam (Negans Bat) run and I’ve liked both. There was definitely a difference between the two as I let the Negan’s go very amber compared to the Black Cherry. The Negans seemed more aggressive with the pain and faster acting compared to the Black Cherry and also aided in sleep. The black cherry still has these effect but a little less potent.
Hard to say what exactly it was though since this is subjective and conjecture. None of these have been lab tested haha
Definitely want to use some of my CBD strains for the next batch we make.
Ya this is crazy absorbsive. They use it at race tracks for horses because it will get medicine right to spot. Makes everything absorb super fast directly through your skin good or bad. Take his disclaimer seriously. Never thought of it with canna cream makes sense.
