Good. Been going to hard lately on the grow/life and busy busy so life decided to slow me down for the last few days and I got mildly sick but I powered through. Glad to have a 3 day weekend and get a massive 75sqft canopy trellis net setup that should be fun.

Spoiler alert @Rena93 picked pink trellis string so be preparred for that.

Not sure? But certain companies may roll the cost of a new roof into the financing :man_shrugging:

I went with a company that could offer services to ensure all is set for installation. Evem if its electrical upgrades, new roof needed, replacement of joists/supports…etc.

Doesnt hurt to check. Maybe evem your home insurance could help?

I didn’t even know you could get trellis netting in pink lol. That should look unique.

It’s a custom job we are doing. Building our own out of PVC.

This us me mocking it up last night. Minus our pink string. Haha although we made end up shrinking the width a bit.

Do you use your car hold (aka garage ) as your grow space?

Yessir. I have a lifted vehicle that does not fit in my garage so we never used it as a “car hold” haha

I got the car hold term from Mo off Simpson as a kid  my brain holds pointless information that may one day help me with a million dollar question.

I honestly thought about making devoted grow space when I do additions on my home. We will see how prices are in the next few years as building up is cheaper than building out.

I have called it the wrong term for so long :scream::scream::scream:

It was the way I seen things. My garage is now fully foam insulated. I have a 2ton mini split on a garage that is only 600sqft. Brand new electrical with 100amps available that I’ll never need at least not in this space. It was all money into the house essentially so I said screw it why not.

It SUCKED ASS though trying to do all this during covid. Boy was I delayed for a looong time trying to get materials.

Sorry to To butt in on the solar Panel discussion.
I would advise against putting solar panels on your roof. when the roof needs to be replaced , it’s going to cost A fortune. Just to have the panels removed. Let alone the cost of a roof and reinstallment of panels. Buddy of mine is a relater in the southwest. They have a very, very hard time selling houses with solar panels on the roofs Because of four mentioned issue.
Don’t get wrong I love solar panels but Your better off putting them in the yard.
My 2 cents.

Prob easier to clean in yard too, but IDK.

I am sure its different from company to company but the one I am using will come out and disconnect as needed at no additional cost as part of the contract for installation. I asked the same question as I plan on doing additions as stated in a previous post and had that concern.

Lots of damn work put in tonight. I will be topping everyone this round and trying to keep the canopy as even as possible.

Gonna have to let some of these shorties catch up to the bigger ladies. One draw back to trellising with different genetics but it’ll make things more fun to weave. Haha

We do our best to keep shit clean but I sure do know how to make a mess while working. The things people don’t see is me losing me shit once I see the destruction I made. Haha plus I have to fix everything in the moment so I squirrel like a son of a bitch. Haha it’s a gift and a curse.
