I guess I was specifically referring to reselling your house and the difficulties in selling.Of course i’m sure this is market to market.
It’s interesting. They said they will come and remove and does that also include Replacing? Maybe i’m a pessimist , but my question is this. Let’s say.
You install a new thirty year shingle. They last on average Around eighteen years or less depending on factors like Environment. Then you have solar panels installed. Are they going to come out eighteen years from now and remove and replace them? There’s another thing most roofing companies I know will not Guarantee the roof if you put a single hole in the roof meaning if you install a satellite dish on the roof it voids warranty.I would assume the brackets for installing solar panels would be the same?
I see what you mean! My roof is still in great shape for being 15+yrs old. The solar panels I purchased have a 25yr warranty and 10yr warranty for any installation issues. Anything outside of the warranties my homes owners insurance will cover it. I guess where I live Solar Panels are a plus on homes and the power company here has great incentives/rebates for them but they get the final say if the solar panels are approved as it will give back to the grid. Down fall is they will only allows so many homes in a neighborhood to have them. Currently have shingle and when my roof needs replacing I am going with a metal roof. I dont ever plan on selling my home and leaving to my child for her to decide when I am no longer here.
@Rena93 and I finished shucking a full plant of the Will Smith Punch (Tricopath x Runtz bx) that was crossed to the selected Black Cherry F2 (Black Triangle x Cherry West bx) male from last round…
Thank you @Rhai88 and @Rena93 for the giveaway. I hope I have the same luck I had with chem fuego, but that it comes to me this time. I think I was really unlucky with the post office that time.
I have zero problems trying a resend. I hate when beans don’t make it into hands of willing growers. Especially when it comes to helping out my bro @anonymous4289 love to see his BBDs are flourishing on this community. Possibly one of the most heavy grown cultivars I’ve seen floating around OG.
I’m still finishing the outdoor harvesting. Once everything is sorted, I start again with indoors, more or less in a month. If you want we can talk about it
