I am a little worried, I can’t be sit for more than 30 minutes, after that I feel “cold sweats” and like the tension low, I can’t explain well in english.
Currently with some antiinflamatories and opiacius for the pain. Doctor says that could be a herniated disc or something alike… (Discal hernia?)
Well, I was waiting for this week to do somethings, and ended doing nothing thingy 
But well, it could be worse, it could happend to me.

Uggg, I have spine problems too. 
You need to take it easy for a while… ice and heat on and off.
Ice after moving, heat to loosen things up.
