Whoa I was just floating along and came across this island that seems to have a pretty nice vibe going for it.
Is there any real estate available that I might be able to purchase/rent? I’m tired of this raft and would love some solid ground to let my roots stretch their legs.

Rather hashy, not fruity, no ice cream or cake flavors
She has quite a bit of flavor, but how to describe it is tough, I just asked the wife the only thing she came up with was a good flavor… 
Not really earthy or like that.
Very smooth, but she will make ya cough if you get greedy.

However, I have started grafting different stone fruits to a host tree… the tree of 40 fruits it is called… and we need to make more!
Was a kid in San Diego. Border right there, any drought was short lived. So was most good weed then. My brother was 10 years older. That helped a lot.

Some “mejillones de la ria” (estuary mussels) … They are very tasty 
Some “ameixas a mariñeira” (clams, sailor style)
Or a “paella de pulpo”… (octopus paella) 
And “churrasco” (ribs barbacue) with “criollo” (chorizo creole) and grilled bacon…
With a good beer for drinking…
The tortilla of potatos (potato omelette) , is a must
And being in galicia, the “licor cafe” (coffee liquour) could not be missed… this make partys long lasting, or not 
And some “percebes” (barnacles) , I am not very fan, but once you start with them they are like sunflower seeds (pipas)…
Galicians are known to be anywhere in the world, but also for being good eaters… And very full … (Somos farturentos)
If there’s no leftover food, then it was not enough.
Guests are well treated here.

That is some cool shit. My buddy was looking at doing this with tomato plants. The idea was graft an heirloom variety onto the rootstock of a very vigorous plant.
It always made me wonder how varieties with weak root systems would preform with a vigorous root system

Wow this place is looking better by the minute.
I set sail from America. It started getting pretty stressful there so I built a raft and set sail for greener pastures. And here I am.
@BeagleZ hobbit hole looks charming and relaxing. I’m gonna curl up on the fold out couch and take a much needed rest. Maybe read up on the history of this place and see if I can get a feel for the flow of the island.
Do we have a special island greeting?? Maybe a nice tropical catch phrase or something?
No, not currently, but if someone can think up a good one, we could use it.
