This cabinet can fit 4 - 2 gallon cookie jars per shelf, it’s still new in this picture, but we call it the home dispensary

Those jars look nice, but do they keep out the air with no gasket? Or is it just that they have a gasket?

No gaskets , sometimes we put 1 gal ziplock bags on the lids to help with that. Like the ones on the end.
