True, but I believe that when I changed it a few years ago, there was only one and it was kind of a single unit and it wasn’t compressed until it was installed on the lifting axle (it’s only when you hook up the cables on both sides that it is compressed, IIRC).

I think I paid 2 or 3 times that when I first replaced it, but that was in the late 80’s to early 90’s. Had to replace two panels a few years back and was told I would probably have to replace the whole thing (door was no longer available) and I got quotes of about $600-$800 for just the door for a 2 car garage. Fortunately I found the panels and it was about $200.
Oh shot, if you are good at twisting stories you’ve got this generations G13/chem/sour. Better get working on how the DEA, FBI and monsanto conspired with the USPS to keep you from getting these seeds because they knew how special they were and if they ever made it into the general public’s hands it could upend the entire political system as we knew it(not that politicians aren’t already doing a good job of that on their own).
