Good info. I’ve been using that 5:2 humic acid/kelp ratio as a foliar spray for years. I can’t remember where I first read it. I think it was on some obscure gardening forum iirc. But it works.

I don’t know if I’ve ever watered with it (I’ll have to try it!) but I foliar spray my plants with this at least 2-3x in mid/late veg and 2-3x during the first 2 weeks of flower (or sometimes I even use it 2-3x a week during the last week of veg and first week of flower).

I broke down and tried the Atlantis 5-2.

About week three from germination and the seedlings were slow.
I hit them with this stuff (several different ways) and they all perked right up.
Different concentrations and volumes, all the same results (suggesting no toxicity on overdose) and you use so damned little as well. :+1:

Info is ‘spotty’ but it looks like a treatment every couple weeks is the way to go at least in veg. (I haven’t figured out flower yet…)
Foliar feeding does ‘spot’ up the leaves a little
(so after ‘lights out’ would be best).

We will see shortly what the roots look like at transplant.

Gave this a try and so far I like it. It’s been about a week and so far they seem to be responding well. The real test will be to see the roots when they get uppotted!

About 5 years ago I made this thread on another forum. It has a lot of references close to this subject.
