They are garbanzo, cabbage (“repollo”), turnip greens (“grelos”), some beans and a little meat: pork backbone, rib, ear, pig’s head (“cachucha”), chorizos, lacon, some chicken,… and some things more that I don’t remember… All vegetarian :rofl:
Well “processed vegetarian”… the pig eat the vegetables, and we eat the pig. :rofl:

All is prepared stew (cooked in water?). Here we call it “cocido”…

It is bad that I say this but in spain we eat pretty well, but in Galicia best!. :rofl:
And I am in a zone that meat and seafood is pretty good.
Till a few years, almost all houses in the village has a pig, chickens and rabbits. All feeded with vegetables and fruits (not fed)… and the taste … Ooooh the taste…
Now the old habits are being lost.
The industrialized meat has nothing to relate to the home raised.
