I’m sure if it wasn’t greasy it would be excellent.

That’s the way it is with a lot of meat. Racoon is great if you boil out a lot of the oil before seasoning it and moving it into the oven. My father told me that’s how they did possum for the same reason. Times were hard back in the hills when dad and mom were young. If mom went out hunting she knew that she’d better come back with something to show for each round spent. They ate what made itself available.
Some folk would starve before they ate a possum. Not me. Not mine.
Only a Bald Eagle would be safe if I was starving. lol

Edit: And humans.
:face_vomiting:
I had to add that because I know the sense of humor some of you have. I won’t name names.

Can’t believe my good fortune. I walk in and this is at the front door greeting me. A brand new hash maker. Less than half the price of the one I use for work. Everything is coming up Milhouse.

It says maximum batch load 270 lb, That’s what I’m talking about.

Here we used something similar to make “calimocho” (kalimotxo) and “sangría”. (Kalimotxo : It is wine with cola, and sangría is wine with lemon, oranges, banana, apples, sugar and orange soda)

But using it for ice hash is another level…

Is there a field of those behind that monster?

Behind it on the left is (JPS) Frankie and (QCS) Pink Berry…on the right is (Test of Oath) Pure Michigan, (SHSC1) Coastal Blueberry and (Big Mikes) Island Sweet Skunk. Totally hidden behind it is (repins) Mescaline Shine Cookies
