Ive used peat pucks(jiffys) and root plugs. Bith seem to worh the same. Some root faster n some slower, never consistent lol

I have always found that using vermiculite, perlite and peat moss mixed together and put into 12 or 16 oz. solo plastic cups and enough water to last 5 or 6 days without a dome using old school 4 ft. fluorescent tubes 2 grow plus 2 daylight bright white spacing them grow bulb, regular daylight bright white, then repeat with the other 2 tubes always gives me my best results. I use Powder rooting hormone. Usually take cuttings, the day before I go into flowering and my cuttings are between 12 and 17 inches tall when my flowering is done and then I throw them clones in for some veg. time. I use 1000 w. metal halide for my veg and 1000 w. Hps for flowering. If I take 100 cuttings I usually lose 2 or 3 I have lost at the most 7.
