What would happen if you store the cuts in something that breathes? What about grove bags? Don’t those things breath and let out moisture?

That’s possible yes. I’m actually impressed by having cuts for 3 months in the fridge :upside_down_face: now I know the time limits of this for future.

If your in the areas effected by smoke from the Ontario/Quebec wildfires! Stay inside!

Took the day off work cause Kingston has a level 10 for air quality & I actually did go to work this morning & then left quickly afterwards!

Smoke is so F King bad in town right now, much worse then yesterday… We are gong to cancel our camping trip this coming weekend as well. Sucks…

That ain’t fog my friends!

Can actually smell this inside my apartment despite the windows being all closed!

Yeah. Here’s last nights sunset from my yard:

We have every hepa filter on at MAX in the occupied rooms. I’m grateful we have so many due to our bird + the bonus -ion generators I have the help with the cannabis smell

Yeah man. I’ve got 1 hepa filter and 1 AC unit. Keeps the crap at bay, barely. @Pigeonman

I feel for my northern brothers it has now reach DMV areas so bad that we have been told if we are old or have respiratory issues that it is now a code red day. We have not had one of those since 2011 so I can only imagine how bad it must be for you guys! We are thinking :thought_balloon: about you all and your dilemma! :mask:

If you have a fan…you can hack a system where you put an air filter on the back. It pulls air through the filter and cleans the air

I’ve got a hepa air filter in the livingroom, it’s not bad inside. Outside is whole other story.

@Jinglepot Peanut butter breath :yum:

At the campground … He’ll yeah. Thankfully!
The Fire smoke cleared out of my area and towards Toronto… I’m sorry Toronto you have this terrible air we had here lately… I’m glad to be camping :camping: though.

That’s a charcoal BBQ folks (Fire Ban) :fire:

Kinda passes me off, Campground said NO when I specifically asked about using Propane firepit for my cooking source… Yet, I’ve seen others last night using Propane firepits for recreation (not cooking) So our only “Fire” is watching the brickets burn… However the campground is 100% allowing charcoal BBQ only for cooking purposes! @DougDawson @Pigeonman

Sucks to hear about the fire pit but that spot still looks amazing!

Where u at?

At a spot in town lol They management kinda sucks and the entire campground is covered in Goose poop :poop:… we used a tarp under the tent so it’s not covered in poop when we pack it up.

Making the best of it…

Called the local fire department, they said even during a fire ban, we are allowed to use Propane firepits with a mechanical shutoff valve…

So I’m gone to purchase one today & a grill grate, so I can use it for cooking also ,) @Pigeonman @DougDawson

Looks awesome brother, sucks about the fire ban. I have gone through it many times unfortunately. One only get’s so many holidays each year so it’s a bummer when one of the best parts is restricted but hey, at least you are out there. That’s the main thing. Have fun my friend.

@DougDawson yeah man everyone is having some fun… We got the OK from the fire department directly about propane firepit usage :+1: so that made things nice…

We all ate some good food while the birds :bird: gathered around us… seen the sun set, had some smores around a small propane fire :fire: and woke up to some ducks near by.
