Thanks, they were fun to drive and work on.
No sir, sold that one about 10yrs ago.
The blue/primer was the last to go about 5 years back.
Talks about a Merv13 intake filter is all thats required to block dreaded spores. Merv8 pre-filter technique. Koo
Good read on nutrients in commersh crop environment using Jacks.
Table 6 changing ratio example.

Playing with dilution by percentage.
Starting with a hot mix of 1.8 EC. 940ppm. (US 500 scale)
Calculates the amount of water needed for a given EC.
Hardest part was diddling around with the percentage to end up with exactly 700, 600, etc. lol
curious to know if the base files are available to download - I started using Jacks 321 a couple month ago and I see the need to run lighter on part A during flower - i also need to play the numbers game since Iām also using hard well water [limestone] and need to adjust furtherā¦
Absolutely. Glad to share. Iāll set one up for download.
How are you with spreadsheets?
since back in the DOS days - 6.2.2 best ever still.
Heh. I learned spreadsheets using Lotus 1-2-3 on DOS, and preferred it for many years. Still run software like Turbo Pascal on DOSBox occasionally.
Good to meet old school data processing dudes. Lol.
Giving me flashbacks to my DOS days. Lotusā¦Dbaseā¦Word imPerfect. Lol
I need to get to the PC so I can drop a file on you.
Not my file but highly recommended!

Sorry for the delay.
@rootfarmer
@Howard.Crane
Iām stuck using my Linux Ubuntu OS - my Windows drive took a chit. lol
2 files. One in excel format, one in Libre .ods.
Use whichever works best for you.
There could be column/row size or other issues.
Lemme know if any problems with download or files.
Will check it when Iām back at my desktop. Iāve been using a heavily customized version of the old one that used to be on AngelFire, adding things like how to mix up stock solutions for a target ppm given the number of ml you want to add to the final solution (Iām weird, I want all parts to be added at 10ml per gallon, for instance), so Iām super curious to compare. I have been intrigued since seeing your screenshots
This stuff used to be fun. lol
Too many years of IT work burned me out, so I try to keep things simple.
Most of what I do it cosmetic, functional and visually. Gathering details from calculators and other sources, and jamming them my sheets.
Must resist the urge to link my visual front-end with renfroās PPM calc back-end.
After more than three decades, I still think itās fun. Currently mucking about with writing a compiler for (yet another) custom embedded scripting language. I am, as the kids say, āback on my bullshitā lol. I guess I just like the idea that I can do it better this time than every other time, or something.
Same thing goes with organizing information. I canāt seem to ever stop thinking about making incremental improvements to increase clarity and/or convenience.
Itās an addiction, lol.
I know the addiction. Started with punched cards, assembly and cobol on mainframes.
Butā¦writing a compiler! Holy moses!
Retired 5 years ago - and Iām still learning how to slow it down.
4GL lol
Got my son into it too, now heās a senior developer for a well known local game studio, specializing in low level networking and multiplayer.
He just sent me this joke:
The plural of āindexā is āindicesā
The plural of āvertexā is āverticesā
The plural of āmutexā is ādeadlockā
Iām currently writing some image processing code with OpenCV. Difference is, Iām getting paid.
