My last IT cage…
Windows hosting services - hundreds of servers. Anything .ca.gov
I do NOT miss it.
I don’t miss the corporate world at all, but I do miss having a nice salary. This whole Indy thing kinda sucks much of the time. Real “feast or famine” way to try to make a living
I’m sure everyone in the industry knows well, but I’d bet most people who are not part of IT/Tech industries would be surprised how many tokers there are. I can’t think offhand of any place I’ve ever worked where there weren’t people I could share a bowl or joint with
Even working for companies that did a lot of civilian contracting for the US government, there were always a few…
As far as I’m concerned, herb is a necessity to do IT work
The only other industry I’ve seen it be just as, if not more than, prevalent is restaurants. Pretty sure there’s been a few places that if you DON’T smoke, you’re not getting hired
It’s been a hot summer in a lot of places by the looks of things .
A bit of humor from Walter on the weather
Damn, that heat must be tough. This summer hasn’t been bad. Always deal with high humidity, but no weeks long high heat.
Good one @ShiskaberrySavior
I’m always up for a laugh.
@Joker
Only thing making it tough is this darned plague shutting down the world.
Stuck at home - grow envy. lol
Last year I was forced to run during the summer. (I was out of stash!)
Sealed Co2, window shaker AC.
Have you looked into mini splits ? They are really nice and efficient too!
I would love a mini split.
No can do at my current location.
Might relocate next year.
Fertigation read…
Remodel…measuring for led frames around perimeter of this cmh.
Actual space = 44" wide x 8ft deep × 8ft height. Grow Tray is 3x3.
Looking good so when the smoke all clears total cost of that build would be what?
That should light a 5x5 area ? I’d sure like to
Switch to led some day.
@ShiskaberrySavior
This is a small starter kit. Lol
Approx. 260watts total for 20 strips. More like 2x4 coverage.
US $. Approx.
Strips and drivers $200
Frame and goodies $100
Labor $5
Fun credit -$200
Paid too much for frame material. But the instant gratification made up for it. Lol
That’s cool @GramTorino I like reading your posts, we have a lot in common especially our grow styles. Keep’em coming buddy!
