While living in Kearney Ne there was one year we receive baseball to softball size there very scary indeed had even heard of some stones punching through roofs with that one ! Had a little s-10 that on the roofs edge probably strongest part of a roof it knocked my dome light cover off on the inside of the truck dent was a couple inches deep at least it would be like a person taking at 15lb sledgehammer to it with all their might! Roof was unfixable by normal means had to been cut off and a new roof installed needless to say the roof stayed that way ! I saved some of those stones in the freezer for about 5-7 years IIRC need to wrap in heavy plastic wrap to preserve them! Or they’ll shrink
