Saw these chillin this morning. Did the ol “google” thing for a while. Pretty stuck. Anyone come across these before or have a clue what the are?
- Lime green/Yellowish green
- Hard. (For its size it takes a bit of force to pop it)
- Attached to thread like material. White and pretty strong for size.
- Leaves show no signs of caterpillars, although several elsewhere have been found AND SMASHED!!!
- Found near tops in sunlite spots or spots that will get sun.
- After it pops there is minute amount of “liquid”. Like a really really really tiny water balloon.
If there are any tomorrow I’ll bust the loop out with the macro and get as close as possible.

These from this morning. Very strange since plant seems fine and not effected by anything. Lady bug isn’t interested.

Green Lacewing eggs are actually a pretty expensive predator.
Also known to avoid leaves that are hairy.

I know these guys carry them. I didn’t check the prices, but they specialize in all things organics in the garden.
