Hey @DougDawson. Those plants are amazing. I have a situation i would like your input on. Recently I gave away some seeds on my thread. A member responded with some requests and I agreed to send them. As I wasnāt familiar with them I checked their bio. Turns out they have 14 posts all in the āwhat are you listening to?ā thread. At one time in order to receive seeds you had to have posted a grow diary or at least some plant pictures. Are there any qualifications at play these days? Thanks.

Hey brother, now that is a question only you can answer. If you are just looking for my opinion than thatās easy. When it comes to sending seeds out into the world itās really, as they say, dealers choice. The qualifications you speak of are up to the sender to determine.
Hereās the thing, it depends on your goals. Sending seeds into the world is a positive act and as such does not really require any return other than the satisfaction of the act itself. Now I see the downside to that philosophy, it can attract those who are just out there to take for whatever goal they have in mind. But that does not diminish the act itself.
In the end itās really up to each person to determine what they want from sending seeds out. Set your criteria according to what you want. If you want to see the seeds grown out make that part of the deal. You will inevitably get burned by some but many will follow through.
Being new to a place or not engaging all the way right off does not diminish your potential to be a positive addition to this great community, it can happen for many reasons. Some are slow to engage but in some cases you may end up with the next Bodhi or BOG waiting to realize they have a passion for growing.
