Ya I was being a dingdong too. Threw it all in the tea bag thinking 1/4 was 6 tsp untill the last ingredient being measured in oz and looked at my cheat sheet like wait a sec… FUCK!!!
ended up just letting it ride and diluted end tea 3:1 instead of the usual 1:1, should be fine lol
I brew 12-14 gallons at a time and most ingredients call for 1 tsp per gallon so thought I was being slick using the quarter cup instead since my pups keep getting to my measuring spoons, that’ll teach me…
