Alfalfa meal gonna have much more nitrogen in it and not so much a huge boost of phosphorus, this is why I like asking questions like that cuz win or lose at least some may learn something new about growing and amendments

For sure, that’s a good point! I tend to work in such small amounts of soil than I don’t hardly ever amend it with any sort of intent in mind, I just throw shit in when I have it available.
