alright, i’m not totally sure who’s right on this, but it gives me enough to estimate some more and i’ll keep going to the post office and seeing what they charge me. it’s just been different rates so far and some of the postal workers give me the runaround about what’s in the letters. anyways, here are winners…

International stamps are 1.30 which includes canada

Usa is 58 cents

Putting 2 USA stamps on something Canadian will get it rejected for not enough postage since 2 stamps is 1.16 and would be 14 cent short

Rest of the world is 1 international stamp.

These are assuming letter mail in a regular envelope with coin flips and not exceeding the 1 oz limit for USA and 2 oz for canada with international
