I’m so light sensitive, I can hardy walk out the door on a sunny day without shades on. If I don’t have them, I can hardly open my eyes, and I get a headache immediately.
I still love to be outside, just gotta be prepared.

that sucks. i dont think im that bad but i def get headaches and nausea from the sun and every summer i get heat rashes that last weeks at a time and itch to hell at night time

i hurt one of my eyes when i was younger and now it adjusts poorly to light. One of my pupils will be tiny while the other is huge and it does the same thing gives me a bad headache.

I hear ya. I have so many pairs they are everywhere. Like 2 in Each car and a bunch inside. Even some spares in my tractor tool box. Haha. It’s so worth it though. I recently bought a sun hoodie. Gonna try that out when the sun comes back out here. It’s been overcast for like a week.
