I don’t know if autos will ever be the standard as photos ar but as more of the world becomes legal as more and more folks grow for the first time as more people havē acces to this plant I really believe autos have a huge place in the future of cannabis I started growing them 3 years back or so and they have come so far even in just the last 3 years breeders pushing the plant more breeders messing with them more folks growing them it seems there are way more OG folks growing them than ever before I love it
Oh hell yeah! Up until just recently I wouldn’t think about running Autos, but they’ve come a long way in the just over a decade they’ve been around. Now I’m going to be running them just to play catch up. But I very well may just keep on running them! I’m not giving up my photoperiod strains by any means, don’t get me wrong, lol.
edit… What basically happened was I thought about not renewing my commercial license here and so had to start thinning things out and cutting back hard in order to be legal when license expired… Then the family talked me into going another year, so… I basically lost half the year and now my nutz are in a vise moneywise! lol Hence, Autos are my only ‘quick solution’ way out of this hole!

Yes this is exactly what I did. I was making auto Maria seeds from fem seeds and also hit the other strains I was growing at the same time. The royal creamatic and an auto ak47.

Not no, but hell NO!
I like to let Frankenstein veg for at least 3-4 months. It gives you such a nice yield/THC/flavor etc if you let it go awhile before budding.

I agree. I think they will always lose a bit of potency to their Photo sisters but that’s just the Ruderals in them. Fact is that a couple % drop in THC level of a good plants does not make a big difference anyway. I think autos defiantly have their place and will continue to improve.

From what I’ve been reading the terps have as much to do with your buzz as thc percentage

Absolutely. Smoking stuff with 25% THC can have much less effect than stuff with 15% if the terpene profile is right. Every terpene has it’s own effects and like any good recipe if combined in right amounts can make something great.

After reading about them I want to try out a lavender and pinene and terpineol combonation together the three should act as a nice sleep aid would smell like a skunk sprayed lavender plants but also pretty new to learning about terps so a lot to learn

My sssdh is only supposed to be 9-14% and it stands up to any modern strain. Also my highest rosin producer.
I’m smoking sorbet dream, it’s very mango-y, both in the jar and combusted, kinda guava near the end. Earlier I was smoking the c-vibez, smells mango as flower and tastes skunky when burned.

They have a new FC series, 3000, 4800 and 6500 I think. I have the FC3000, works perfectly in my 3x3 tent, would likely do fine with a 4x4 also but bigger would be better
