The one thing that immediately came to mind is if you’re planning to frame out and add walls to that container. I’ve seen some videos on people building tiny houses out of those containers and a common theme is moisture buildup between the container and walls from condensation on the metal. There’s some ways around it I don’t remember off the top of my head. Even laying foam insulation panel over it runs the risk I believe.

The trick to handle that is ‘spray on foam’ insulation with a shed roof over the whole thing for some shade. Mounting an AC in the far end is also part of the plan. Then running LEDs all the way down the middle with a small store room and doorway built at the double door opening end
no walls, just one long room

I would love to eventually build a winterized shed with a darkroom door where once you enter it auto triggers tiki music and projects tropical lands on the walls.
