That plant has some issues , are you keeping a humidity dome? Plants donā€™t need domes. Also I canā€™t see it well, but it may have mildew .

Thatā€™s awesome! I really wish there was somewhere I could afford to buy and do that within a 2 hours of here.

Anyhow, Jerusalem artichokes are fantastic survival food source. We leave them growing and donā€™t harvest much, but any time we want it thereā€™s about 50 pounds of good food under the dirt in winter, and thatā€™s not a big patch of them.
I appreciate not having to harvest and store them. They donā€™t mind sitting in wet mucky clay soil all winter. :star_struck:

They also make a really nice sunflower like bloom, if Iā€™m not mistaken. Have you done Salsify?

They do, and ours get admit 10ā€™ tall - 16ā€™ is the record one year. :star_struck:
Salsify I havenā€™t, it looks nice not so ā€œset and forgetā€ in my mostly heavy clay and rocks.

Nope, no white dust, just the camera angle and I just gave her a light spray with waterā€¦

So, with my light being a few feet away still, am I right in thinking my light is way too powerful?
