FreeHugs makes bubble hash rosin

I know. I was just wondering if your gonna make pucks and jar cure the hash for a few more weeks b4 the rosin press.

I’m going to follow the instructions from JoeCrowe. I think he was saying to dry it in the frost free freezer for a week or two after grinding it for more surface area. Then to press and cure the rosin. I’ll have to go back and check his instructions as I feel confident in saying he knows far more than I do in making hash and rosin based on the quality of his posts.

I bet it’ll melt quick. Probably don’t need a lot of pressure. What kinda rosin press you got?

For pressing purposes?

Combination of a Canadian Tire 10 ton press, an Amazon setup and a chunk of 2x4 to insulate the bottom plate as wood isn’t as conductive as metal.

This is the Amazon setup I bought.

Canadian Tire press goes on sale for 50% off often.

How do you like the little washer machine, i was thinking about getting one. Doin that by hand is fkn time consuming, i gota wash the rest of my trim this weekend

I’m a fan as it reduces my work. I’m told doing it by hand can lead to a better quality and higher return, but my time is worth losing a little production I think. Be sure to modify yours if you get on with straight tubing and a shut off valve. The drain it comes stock with will cause issues if not changed out.

I finally pressed my bubble hash. Maybe I pressed it a bit too long but it sure is pretty

Thanks guys. I pressed at 66c. I put the 25 micron bag inside of a 160 micron bag. And then wrapped it in parchment paper for the press. After weighing I put it back in a glass jar and into the freezer.
