She’s getting there 90sKush
@Bobgrows
You’re in for a treat!!
Thank you for showing me!
You’ll have to do what we plan on… use a stepladder and saw to top it…then limb by limb down the tree… Have fun trimming that beast! Hope you have LOTS of help!
Our 2 volunteers are now in full bud and 9+ feet…2 of them…we’ll be trimming for a week or more…even with the 2 of us and our Son!
Hey lady!
I’m growing one of your Celtic Stone, too.
I would show a picture but the changes don’t allow me to anymore. On my android phone…
That should not happen… tag LJ
Really? I have 3 different android phones I use without major issues. The only issue I e had is I have to take the pic out of og forum with my camera app then upload. I can’t take pics with the forum anymore if that makes sense.
@OnePassionateGrower you are in for a treat! Also you are going to need to support her!
Thanks for the heads up she definitely is looking like she’s going to need it.
Hey @Bobgrows whats your recommended flowering time for her again?
I have 2 going and grown many. I have one I’ve started to partial harvest after 9wks and a second the one pictured is at 10 wks tomorrow and is very close. That’s with desert heat stress in the winter or cooler fall it seemed to be around 9-10 weeks depending. I live on a high plains desert. It was 107° today and looks that way for at least 10 days.
When trichomes are at 20-30%.
I’m a trichome watcher. I don’t count weeks.
I’m not a good enough grower for that method. I like to have a bit of a time frame to start watching trics. That said the pic I shared is looking like it’s going at least 11 wks. Still a lot of white pistils. Idk
If i grow a strain more than once, i know how long or the % of amber i like.
You’ll get there. No doubts!
Everything you do or not do to that plant while it grows can determine the trichomes or the length of time those buds need to mature. Nutrients, water schedule, lighting… timing is different every time. This is why i look at trichomes and not length of time.
Looking up through Chocolate Dragon…
I think i finally have the picture thing figured out.
That took a min…
I dont count weeks either. If fact i strongly disagree with that Line of thought. visual keys are way more important, and your always better off letting it go longer then accidently harvesting early.
Wow!!
Someone else that gets it!
Exactly!!
I love Dragons!
That is an impressive pic, with no frame of reference it’s hard to tell it’s not a 30 ft elm tree or a ten ft plant!.
I get why people don’t like time frame but for me it’s an extra tool to help hone in on readiness. Sometimes can’t tell the difference between sencsense, root bound, or nute issue lol. More experience will build confidence.
It’s not an elm! It is a cannabis plant.
It’s only a little over 6 ft.
Lol I know this I was pointing out how clear and amazing it captured the perspective looking up. So it’s almost hard to tell I you didn’t know what it was. I was in no way confused or trying to imply it was a bad pic just the opposite.
All good!
I knew what you meant.
I’m a bit of a smart ass at times, just can’t help myself… yes it’s gotten me into plenty of trouble…
But i do love laying underneath them and getting a picture looking through them!
