Great tips in here. I love little notebooks. I use a Field Notes leather wallet with a little Fisher space pen. I hate smartphones and all of this nonsense. I’m an old 38. Haha.
Edit: The reference/joke is that I carry a notepad and hate smartphones, but I’m only 38. Therefore the line “an old 38” is in reference to 38 being young, but I act old for my age.

It’s so difficult to do. Past and future almost inevitably creep into our minds.
It’s certainly ALL we actually have/actually exists.
Been there, done that. It sucks relative to, oh, I don’t know, say 65, but not nearly as much as 75 (in three months for me). Getting old is not something for the faint of heart.
