welcome arb. i have been eyeing the dabpress tumbler, but was unsure how well they worked? was mostly concerned of how much contaminates fall thru? i use the dabpress 4 ton 3 x5 plates to make my concentrates. and love it so i know they build right/quality.
i grew to much this year and also want to condense the storage. been having a tough time deciding on which way to go. tumbler or dry sift. i dont have the time for washing.i was reading thru a thread where sebring and i think @ReikoX were discussing one of the first tumblers that came to the market. the best take away i got from ReikloX was that once you have tumbled or sieved you could take your kief/hash and add it to a jar of water. allowing the trics & heads to sink to the bottom and the contaminates will float to the top and can be poured off. such a great tip!!! thanks! so it is kinda becoming a no brainier. let the tumbler do the work. just have been waiting to hear how people like the tumblers.

I’m going to be harvesting my outdoor in a week or so I usually do all of it in concentrate’s. I’ll take pics and write down each step I take. I know how I did it just not sure why it did that but I liked it the way I did it no big lung busting coughing from it. I guess it would be considered to be live or full extract sauce. I’m working on making live carts. Only problem is I never have enough time to really research it

First time running the bubble washer got 19grams return but I probably should have used all the same material. Some was fresh frozen trim some was dry frozen trim and about 5 different strains. It smells wonderful tho

I let it sit out and air dry then I pressed it and have it wrapped tight in parchment paper and I open it every so often and let it breathe a bit. I wanted to freeze it but I didn’t know how well it would press after the fact.
Not sure if this is the right way but when I broke it open earlier the smell just hit me in the face, so it works for me

It’s very easy to handle, it’s not sticky and will break a piece off with a bit of pressure.

I dry mine in the freezer, Joecrow method. But I find after making into a ball or piece its too sticky and melty at room temp. If I leave it in the fridge for a month or two it gets better.
Long process.
