Yes, they’re all Harley parts - except for that huge ball bearing.
I understand the reason for asking the question, even if you don’t expect an actual answer. Truth is, Harleys have gotten much more reliable over the years. Also, I’ve had about 10 of them (2 currently), and most of the parts that I’ve put on those bikes were optional accessories - and that’s a whole other racket HD has going on.
