Morning OG!

Hey guys. There’s more folks hanging around here than my thread so I hope you don’t mind me asking for advice on here. lol
As if.
I’m seeing just a little of this going on out toward the middle of the branches on two plants in different rooms. I know it must be some shortage of a mineral but I haven’t run into “dark” spots before.
I lightened the picture so y’all could see it better. One leaf is on one of my Frankenstein and the other is in another room on my ISS.

Not sure there cuz, but it looks like Potassium deficiency

It’s that damn BBP. lol
I’m going to go broke on buying nutrients.

So you recon I should bump up the Potassium. Will do. The Frankenstein that I haven’t been using any BBP on, but STS instead, shows no signs of any deficiency. They’re doing great but I just want to address this now before it becomes a situation.

Small adjustments cuz. you can overdo the remedy.

Good advice my friend. I did that once before and caused the plant to lock out. I’ll go baby steps.

Let’s get some other folks to weigh in on this one cuz.

How about it, folks? What say you?

@MoBilly, I had the same problem in late flower on OG x OGGG4, corrected with more potassium and less calcium. Won’t fix the damaged leaves but stopped any new damage.

Cheers,

That has me wondering. I raised the amount of CalMag that I feed by 1/2mg / gal about a week before I flipped them. My water is pretty hard so I don’t, normally, use a lot but I ran into Calcium deficiency a while back so I started raising it during flower. That’s only been two weeks but it may have been the wrong move.

Good morning @JohnnyPotseed and OGs

@MoBilly I’d agree with grouchy and JP, I always hate recommending something just in case it’s not that but I do know too much calcium causes less uptake of potassium. And if it’s the only thing you’ve changed maybe that’s the culprit. Low and slow fixes n I believe you’ll get er sorted
